Starting in Pre-School

We are very pleased to announce the opening of our very own Pre-School from January 2026.

Our Pre-School is situated within the main school grounds and are based within the Class Foundation Classroom. This allows us to work closely with our Year F Teacher and Early Years Lead (also for the Trust) - Miss Jones. Miss Edgson is our Pre-School Manager.

Our Aims

- To provide a happy, safe, secure and stimulating environment in which every child's individual needs are valued.

- To offer a broad, balanced and diverse curriculum where learning is fun while also providing basic skills for the future.

- To encourage independence and confidence through play, offering learning opportunities indoors and outside.

- To enable every child to reach their full potential in all areas of learning, by recognising that every child is unique.

- To create a feeling of high self esteem in each child, the key to happiness and productive learning.

- To offer equal opportunities for all children by encouraging them to participate in their own learning.

We are a term time only setting and are open to:

- 2 year olds - fee paying and government funded

- 3 and 4 year olds with 15 or 30 hours government funding

Our session times are as follows:

8:00am - 8.45am - Breakfast club. Children are offered a time for breakfast where they can sit and enjoys cereal, toast or many other options with friends.

8:45am-11:45am- Children will have a healthy snack during the morning such as fruit or crackers and milk or water.

11:45am -12.45pm- This is our lunchtime session, a packed lunch can be brought from home or a school lunch can be purchased for £1.85

8:45am-3:45pm- The children will have a healthy snack during the morning. This includes our lunchtime, a packed lunch can be brought in from home or a school lunch can be purchased for £1.85

Wrap Around Care can also be accessed by the Nursery Children when required. Breakfast club starts from 8:00am and late session is available until 4:00pm. Please discuss timing when booking your place with us.
