CHARTWELLS SPECIAL DIET POLICY

The Chartwells Special Diet Policy has just been updated. It is nowvcalled the 'Chartwells Medical Diet Policy'.

This new policy is in line with LACA National AllergenManagement Policy guidance, an industry-wide code of conduct for the management of allergens in schools.

The new policy and guidelines can be found on Chartwells“loveschoolmeals” website. Specifically under nutrition https://loveschoolmeals.co.uk/medical-diets/

The above website is where parents can obtain the forms if they need to apply for a special menu (but please also inform us as aHealth Care Plan will need to be completed).
All instructions are on the site.

Children who are currently on the special diet registered with the Chartwells office in Truro will be issued with a lanyard for easy identification purposes during lunchtimes.

Chartwells are checking their records and sending us individual lists of which children we are currently catering for. We will contact you individually if we need you to renew on the website.
